Gogo's Crazybones
This team project was done in collaboration with a local primary school. The briefing was to organise research activities with the 2nd grade pupils to gain insights and to design and prototype a new character for the range of Gogo‘s Crazy Bones figures.
The collaboration with the school involved a one day experience helping out in the school‘s daily routine. We then prepared research activities for a research day that the kids spent in the college. We used playful methods to engage with the children‘s worlds, learn about their way of thinking and their behaviours and to collect information about preferences in shapes, colours and materials.
The concepts were presented to the children at their school and the pupils voted for their favourite design. This project involved classes in SolidWorks as well as learning about and using the college‘s rapid prototyping facilities.
